SELECTA GROUP ANNOUNCES CHANGE OF AUDITORS

Cham, Switzerland, 21 October 2025 – Seagull Topco Limited (“Selecta” and, together with its subsidiaries, the “Group”, a Swiss-based leader in self-serve retail solutions across Europe) today announces a change in its auditors from KPMG International Limited and its affiliates (“Former Auditor”) to Deloitte LLP (“Successor Auditor”).
The board of directors of Selecta (“Board”) has appointed the Successor Auditor as auditor with immediate effect and the Successor Auditor will audit the Group’s consolidated 2025 financial statements.
The Board would like to thank KPMG International Limited for its services to the Group during its tenure.
